Ting, Zhou, et al. "Internet-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy For Subthreshold Depression: A Systematic Review And Meta-Analysis." BMC Psychiatry 16.(2016): 1-11. Academic Search Elite. Web. 29 Nov. 2016.
The article that I chose was Internet Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Sub threshold Depression: A systematic Review and Meta-Analysis by BCM psychiatry. In this article the main argument was to see if internet based CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) can affect depression. The topic that were mentioned in the article were what is CBT and depression but also the methods they did on this experimental procedure. Another topic was the results and after results but also conclusion. Depression is a world wide health problem and i know some people don't believe cognitive behavioral therapy works. The results in this study was that it was effective to a degree. This source is very reliable because i found it on a database website (askri.org) but also its from a research article called BMC psychiatry. If this organization posted the wrong information they would considerably lose there jobs as psychologist. There is no bias information in this because its a research article to show whether internet based CBT actually is helpful for people with depression. there is little to none bias in this artile and you can tell by the follow up section on there patients. This source does answer my question because it helps me learn that CBT can help the mindset of patients with depression.

This animoto video represents the SAT word digression which means to stray away from the main point. In the video you can see that we used multiple ways to represent digressions. In our animoto video we used images, a slogan and, a song. We used about six images to represent digression. The images that we chose show a way of someone not getting to the point. For example in one of the images it was a math professor writing a math equation but ended up drawing a stick figure. This shows digression because he’s not getting to the main point of the math equation instead, he drew something else. We took a further step into showing how this video represents digression with a slogan. Our slogan at the end of the video is “not getting to the point”. We chose this slogan because it’s similar to the definition of digression which is to stray away from the main point. A final way we wanted to show how this video represents digression is with a song. The song we picked was Bohemian Rhapsody by Queens. We picked this song because in one section of the song it makes no sense to what the message is supposed to be. We thought that this song perfectly means digression because the part we pick strays away from the main point.
This canva creation represents the SAT word submissive which means meek and rule follower. We used various forms to represent submissive. In our canva creation, we used an image, slogan and, speech bubbles. We wanted the whole poster to have a meaning of submissive so we chose and image that would best fit that. The image shows a woman on her knees give food to a man on the bed with his hands above his head with a smile on his face. We had chosen this image because we felt as though it was conveying the woman being submissive towards her husband. Since we thought people could interpret this image in anyway we decided to add speech bubbles to take a further step into showing how this is submissive. The woman is saying to her husband "I have your breakfast ", while the husband responds "you better". We had chosen these words because the woman is obeying the husband by bringing him breakfast as she is supposed to. The last way we wanted to show that this poster shows submissiveness is with a slogan. Our slogan says "do what your told", we had chosen this slogan because the meaning of submissive is rule follower. Also because it ties in with our image and speech bubble. The slogan is to do what ur told and in the picture the woman is giving her husband his breakfast as the she is supposed too.
